changed bg colour for the `btn-circle-xs:hover` state to white. This is so that all the upper card buttons of PlotModule share the same hover style
Changed the default shiny progress bar to fit the "flat" style of the application. Turned it square, removed shadows and changed background color to white

- added connection with plotly online editor (URL of editor declared on `compoenents/ap/R/global.R` - changed style of download menu (now it uses a dropdown) - style fix for the top bar buttons: now all their `.hover` and `active` act the same - auto-add the edit button to plotly plots, both for page and modal views
