general fixes to plots
improvement to dataview tab text and tab organization. This was approved by Axel, he liked the new Dataview layout.
fix broken counts table reactivity and statistics
Board dataview counts table now computes correlation for logCPM across both count and logCPM, achieving the goal of having same correlation values across both table options.
fix reactivity problem between tables and figures with observe function, thus avoiding invalidating reactives with same value (DT bug)
