Description
Added a "Show error" button to display the errors caught by
options(shiny.errors).The error is displayed on a modal and contains the error message and traceback.
Notes
There are some errors that are not caught by
options(shiny.errors). Examples of those can be errors from the UI functions and errors fromglobal.Randserver.R.
