Save negations in var-time group addition

- Updated _gej_add_var, _gej_add_ge_var, _gej_add_zinv_var
- 2 fewer _fe_negate in each method
- Updated operation counts and standardize layout
- Added internal benchmark for _gej_add_zinv_var
