Upgraded Braze SDK from 1.34.1 => 1.38.0
Fixed bugs:
card/offersdeeplink now works on iOS, added a setTimeout that seems to avoid some weirdness, also navigate directly to CardSettings to bypass the fetch on the Activity screen
