Harvest time tracking process (DRAFT)

Engineering tracks time in terms of quater days (2,4,6,8 hours) with the appropriate label selected via the drop down (development, meetings, etc...) with a general message describing what your working on that day (web application, iOS application, etc...).

Design tracks time hourly

  • So they should be using the harvest timer for tracking their time at a granular level, stopping and starting the timer as appropriate.

Time should be updated on a daily basis.

Let Jen-Mei, Sarah, Bill or Lee know if you haven't been added to a project in harvest.

The time that you aren't on a project you should be being tracked as blazing cloud internal or another internal project. These should be labeled as professional development, sick day, vacation, etc…
