High CPU usage, and continuous material preview update in Blender Internals #19

Noticing high CPU usage when Spectrum node in being used in Blender Internal Materials. The High CPU usage is due to the continuous material preview update in the Node Editor. Could be dangerous for heavy scenes on Blender Internal renderer.

CPU usage is now lowered, Material Preview does not update so frequently now
