I saw that @akerbeltz opened several issues on Crowdin (1, 2, 3, 4) requesting plural formatting for the accessibility-related strings for unread notifications and DMs.
With the help of ChatGPT, I put together this PR which (I hope) does that.
However, although it passes CI I have not tested it.
