Data source is here: https://psl.noaa.gov/gcos_wgsp/Timeseries/DMI/
And the data is hosted here: https://psl.noaa.gov/gcos_wgsp/Timeseries/Data/dmi.had.long.data

If you'd like, I can implement download_dmi().
