Assessment of Milestone

How well the objectives were met

We created a strong database which satisfies all data needs. Back-end part is developed in MVC structure properly. All HTML pages with CSS file are created according to mockups. All main functionalities are completed on web application project. On the other hand, we had restricted time to complete additional functions like user following. Unit tests are written using JUnit test framework and all test cases are completed. Semantic tags are added and reached via autocomplete options. We developed an Android project. It does not support all requirements we aimed to develop. We prepared a video to explain InfoGrappo project.

Execution of Plan

Although we have got good progress on coding and testing, we stay behind of the aimed finalized project. Back-end is almost finished with tiny exceptions. Despite the fact that we have written all HTML and angularjs files, we could not able to completely connect front-end with back-end. Android application is not complete. Android project served us to see incomplete parts on web application in a complementary way.

Alignment With Customer

We didn't get any detailed feedback. During the presentation, customer asked to get information about semantic tagging part. Semantic tag is explained in a satisfactory way.
