Looks like it's not happening for what was originally showing in the gif above, but is happening for forward/backward/refresh buttons. Do you see that as well? |
@LaurenWags yup, noticed that on all the channels as well. You'll probably need to open a lot more tabs to reproduce #1216 (comment) as you'll need several tab separators. Regarding the back/front and refresh button, assuming those become "inactive" whenever using drop downs like Rewards and Shields. Seeing the same thing happened with the light theme as well so this might be expected but we can definitely double check. Can you try again with a few more tabs? If you can't reproduce, we can close this off and ask in Slack regarding the above behaviour and if it's expected. |
Description
When clicking on the Brave Shields, the tab separators, borders and titles will become a bit brighter making it look like the tab bar area is "blinking". When you click on the Brave Shields for the second time to dismiss the shields window, it will go back to the darker white.

Reproduced by @LaurenWags on macOS. @srirambv couldn't reproduce this on Win 10, seems specific to macOS.
