Improve Cookie consent blocking in Brave

Thanks to Adguard they have snippets used to counter more complex cookie consent messages.

On the wish list to implement, to fix the following consent sites like Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram.

Custom snippets for:

• Google/ Youtube
• Facebook, Instagram.
