Yes
Describe the issue you encountered:
I keep 23-25 static tabs open in my Brave Browser, several updates ago I began to have an issue where when the application was minimized to the Windows 10 taskbar, while I was using another application, upon returning to the Brave browser when I maximized it, all of the tabs would refresh themselves as if I had pressed the "reload" button in the browser.
Occassionally these tabs would "Tombstone" where they would be open but unselectable, if you turn on preview and mouse over the tab, it would just show a gray screen. If I tried to right click and clone the tab, refresh the tab, nothing works. However If I create new tabs, the new tabs work fine and I can browse/select to/from them.
If I completely quit the browser and relaunch it (Last tabs reopen enable) it reloads the browser tabs and they all work fine for a short period of time until I minimize it at some point then come back to it.
I was running the general release for many months and recently enabled the preview option to get the most current releases and it has had no impact on this issue.
I found a similar post that was closed as unable to be replicated so I'm opening this one with as much details as I can provide.
