"Clean Reload" from the view menu on Windows did not seem to delete and reload the cached JavaScript file, though reloading it on a new tab from the page source and hit F5 key did work.

I seen an issue for this in support as well. The user reports that opening dev tools and reloading while having disable cache selected was the only way they got fixed.
