Description

Last contribution shows Currently processing even no reconcile is performed. Follow up to #13325

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clean install 0.22.702, do not visit any site
  2. Enable payment and add funds to wallet
  3. Change reconcile stamp to older date, wait for the reconcile to process
  4. Last contribution shows as Currently processing and stays for ever

Actual result:

Expected result:
Should remain No Previous Contributions if there is no reconcile happening

100%
