[BD-3499] Content cleanup + clarifying requirements

Why are you making this change? (required)

Feedback from a mobile dev using the SDK: I think many other people would be implementing content cards in this manner. It would be great if the SDK used a UICollectionView instead of a UITableView so that you can easily switch the layout. Or just improve the wording in the documentation to say in order to do this it would need to be a fully custom implementation.
