The e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855 checksum is a null-file checksum. The build must have had a catastrophic failure on either the docker container or the build itself. I should put a file-size check in there to alert. Normally if the checksums don't match, I just dump it in failed.
