When there are many samples in an RD plot, the plot can become noisy and difficult to interpret. Instead of plotting all samples in the cohort, we can restrict the samples to carriers and samples in the same batch as the carriers.

Turns out I removed the gcloud call and forgot. Instead I shard the localization and subsetting of the RD files which is effectively the same as localizing all the RD files so that part should be reworked. |
