This repository release presents the code and data used to perform all analyses in Staton et al.: Accounting for uncertainty when estimating drivers of detection probability: a hierarchical approach illustrated with snorkel surveys for riverine fishes

It is considered preliminary because the manuscript has not yet completed the review process.
