Preliminary Release

This repository release presents the code and data used to perform all analyses in Staton et al.: Accounting for uncertainty when estimating drivers of imperfect detection: an integrated approach illustrated with snorkel surveys for riverine fishes

It is considered preliminary because the manuscript has not yet completed the review process, although the last decision we received was "acceptable after minor revision."

This release incorporates all feedback we received on the version in 0.0.3.9000. No analytical changes were made, see #4 for details on the very few items that have been changed.
