Video functionality

Description

Added feature to process video:

• The user will now be able to successfully upload the video.
• Made UI changes to make the block div more versatile. The same blocks can be used to read and upload image/video.

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality not to work as expected)
• This change requires a documentation update

How Has This Been Tested?

The existing functionalities have not been changed. I have added a new feature to upload video, it will not show any regression with existing functionalities.
