What's new in this PR

• Added a mini Healthy Corners FAQ section (WebView in RewardsFAQ.js) about Healthy Rewards to the How It Works page (sourced from https://healthycorners-rewards.netlify.app/faq-mini.html) including a link to the full Healthy Corners FAQ that is hosted on the documentation site that opens in a web browser.
• Added Help & Support section in Settings that also links to the full FAQ
• Rearranged How It Works images and text based on user testing feedback + updated copy based on Healthy Corners comms feedback
• Changed links that opened externally to open as web browsers based on user testing feedback
• Changed Learn More link for SNAP Match to direct to the SNAP Match section of the FAQ

The original layout had a few selected FAQs directly included as text, but since Healthy Corners wanted so many of them to be featured and the text content was overwhelming, I decided to embed it in accordions/dropdowns through a WebView with custom styling (removed margins, matched Poppins font) to make it fit in smoothly.

Next steps

• Figure out how to consolidate/clean up the mini-FAQ with the full FAQ so the content isn't repeated.
• Add admin and dev documentation on updating FAQs
• (at some point) merge the docs branch back into master
