This will fix #401 by explicitly provisioning a
learners/references.mdfile in new lessons.This was originally overlooked because we were working from the assumption that lessons would transition from the styles repository.
This PR will also improve maintainer QOL by suppressing the output of {renv} during the build process and reports how long it takes to provision the test fixture.
Note that this must be propogated to the workbench templates.
