@cburstedde The diff not updating correctly is apparently a known issue with Github: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/16351 I rebased to the most recent version of the preprocessing branch, and that appears to have fixed things. |
The fseek return value had not been checked. This has been added. At the same time, add a call to sc_init to fix parallel logging. Some whitespace, too.

The second half of #263
This PR includes consists of the model itself.
The sphere model refines a spherical mesh based on which quadrants intersect specified geodesics. An example application is refining a map of the world based on coastlines.
