The icon returned by this URL should be in PNG format, an image size of 100x100 pixels, and must not include any transparent regions.

Comment:
Specifying exact dimensions and forbidding transparency seems it will not support pleasant display of icons / logos that are not square. Please consider making 100x100 max dimension size (to at least support rectangular icons) or allowing transparency (to support non-box-shaped icons).
