If an assignment is updated in Canvas, update the row in Notion.

Get ids of blocks in Notion for the current term
Get list of all assignments
Check if any field is different
Update block in Notion with new values from Canvas

Possible optimizations:

Only update assignments that aren't done or aren't submitted on Canvas
