Makes light source resolution editable but also add conditional (Recommended) presets to preserve what resolutions had different hard coded light resolutions

Moves all the wind waker mods into src
updates mods to v6
adds credits comment
merges ansiotropic and shadow mod into the resolution mod to be consistent with other game's packs
adds the title ID for the JP trial version (has the same module match as the JP version)
adds remove aa mod from v2
