Ignore "Unsupported L2 protocol" to known drops

The connectivity tests sometimes runs into "Unsupported L2 protocol" drops for issues unrelated to Cilium. Ignore those as it otherwise just adds noise. Signed-off-by: Marga Manterola <[email protected]>
