Typos in both builder and derive tutorials

In both tutorials, when discussing flags I think there are errors in the multi-value example.

Derive:
Text says To accept multiple values, use [Append](https://docs.rs/clap/latest/clap/builder/enum.ArgAction.html#variant.Append) but code uses

    verbose: u8,
…

Builder:
Text says To accept multiple values, use [Append] but code uses

…
            Arg::new("verbose")
                .short('v')
                .long("verbose")
                .action(ArgAction::Count)
…

Also in the builder documentation the text above the mentioned code block seems to have quoting issues.
