Bugfixes

• Fixed a bug with spaces in CMDER_ROOT breaking init.bat when run as admin (@sescandell) (Fixes "The system cannot find the path specified" #121)
• All the extra git.exe should be deleted when running the build script (Fixes vendor\msysgit\libexec\git-core dir contains 1.45mb git.exe duplicated 110 times.  #54)
• Icons were missing from TSA and other situations, due to them being gitignored (Fixes Possible to change TSA icon? #373 & Taskbar icon after pinning the program reverts to default ConEmu icon. Systray icon is always ConEmu's. #154)
• The launcher exe should be built with XP compatibility
