As @aryd pointed out, the CCFLAG environment variable is being appended to on each iteration of the loops in the script_*.tcl files, causing strange compiler warnings. Also, for the VMRCM and VMSMER, the project files are similarly being appended to on each iteration, causing unnecessary files to be compiled.
Both of these issues are fixed by this PR.
