Added MinimizeSourceAndOutputTime

PR description:

Replaces PoolSource and PoolOutputModule with dummy version that run faster and do not require as much memory. Useful for fast validating jobs.

PR validation:

Tested by importing into a step3 configuration and applying the customize function.
