@monfresh ready for merging. Added some things I noticed while going through the installation instructions.

- Adds link to wiki, where instructions for difference system
configurations can be built out.
- Adds additional info about where cloning the repo will place download
it to.
Bundler can take 10 minutes or longer to complete, this should be noted
in the readme. This adds a disclaimer.
Adds additional info about third party tools mentioned in the read me.
Ampersand was used in place of question mark for the beginning of a
search query string, this commit fixes that typo.

Thanks! Can you please make the following changes?

  1. Create a new Wiki page on this repo for installing MongoDB on MacPorts (the one you are linking to is in the Admin repo)
  2. Move the link to the additional wiki instructions to the MongoDB section and explain that those are instructions for MacPorts users.

  1. Oops, that was just a bad link, the wiki page exists already. https://github.com/codeforamerica/ohana-api/wiki
  2. Updated, but I don't think MacPorts needs to necessarily be pointed out in the readme, I was thinking the installation wiki page just be a open area to edit for alternative configurations to the "official" readme instructions.
