Add support for official django versions

Hi

I've made this PR that

• fixes ci & build issues
• add support for Django 4.1 & 4.2
• drop support for Django 4.0 (EOL https://www.djangoproject.com/download/#unsupported-versions)

can we also have a new release after this PR is merged?

Hi @irtazaakram,

Thank you for your contribution. I appreciate the initiative, but this package has been discontinued in favor of django-pictures.

There will only security releases in the future. I also strongly recommend making the transition, it's documented, and I am happy to answer any question you might have.
