Doesn't look like this actually adds market data feeds? And afaict, CCXT doesn't provide websocket feeds, right? |

@codyaray you're right; CCXT doesn't provide any live market data functionality currently. |

Adds kroitor/ccxt support for the GTT, which provides a unified API for over 70 exchanges.
Right now, only the public feeds are implemented.
