In openpilot 0.3.0, neo board source has been delete, and the openpilot will complier the panda source. does it will work? openpilot 0.3.0 + neo board.
the neo board i had test on the computer, press the key then plug the board to computer,the computer has detected the board,with the log is "stm32 bootload" in windows7 system.but the phone can not detect the board,and also can not flash the board's firmware.
