  • Link to readthedocs (only after repo goes public)
  • Keep the text on how to report bugs?
  • Link to issue tracker (only after repo goes public)
  • Local maintainer info? Perhaps configurable in config.php?

Modify help page (resolves #48)

Links to docs/issue tracker have been set even though they're not public
yet. Local maintainer info can be set through the configuration file.
