It seems that when a build is incomplete and the job is retriggered manually (without changing the source code, thus same commit), the logs are uploaded to the build number route, but only the ones related to new builds, not the old ones.

For example, this one is not found https://c3i.jfrog.io/c3i/misc/logs/pr/1783/8/cmake/3.16.2/ because it was generated in a previous build https://c3i.jfrog.io/c3i/misc/logs/pr/1783/7/cmake/3.16.2/
