Description
Remove unused Allure test collection from suite. This work is no longer scheduled.
There were some pretty neat GHA integrations https://github.com/dholth/conda-build-allure/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-report.yml and https://github.com/conda/actions/blob/main/allure-multi/action.py but it would be a big effort to make it perfect.
