Sync contact methods in README and CONTRIBUTING

Now that the CNI slack has been in use for ~7 months it's no longer necessary to have it as a top-level banner headline. It should be in CONTRIBUTING.md, though, with the other project contact channels. Signed-off-by: toby cabot <[email protected]>
