Multi-version docs

Currently only a single version of the docs can be deployed, which becomes an issue as soon as a consumer links to the docs while not releasing updated versions simultaneously as Shoutrrr is updated.
The service URL APIs are supposed to be backwards-compatible, but not the other way around. Using newer docs with an older version might lead to invalid prop errors etc.
