This adds multi-version support for the docs.
Currently the idea is to keep two versions of the documentation, referred to as "dev", created from
main:HEAD, and "latest", created fromlatest:HEAD.As soon as v0.5 is released,
latestwill point tov0.5andv0.4will be kept (but probably won't be updated anymore, hence no separate branch).Fixes #177
