This PR adds versioning for gaia repo.
At the time of writing the included versions on the site are:
All archived docs versions live in https://github.com/cosmos/gaia/tree/legacy-docs/.
Managing vuepress and docusaurus versions and creating archive pages was taking too much time and effort, so the effort was reduced by creating an orphaned
legacy-docsbranch on the gaia repo.More instructions on adding to the doc archive can be found here.
