feat(atomic): add heading function for lit components

• Added heading function to replace the <Heading> functional component.
• Renamed hidden.tsx function component to stencil-hidden.tsx (to be consistent)

Usage

with Stencil

Notes

Using unsafeStatic since we need to interpolate non-literal statics.
