Updating from file Jamie sent me: * Dispatch throws errors in Iceland with dispatch, so changed to nopython * Had to add some MWLO values, as it's not accepting empty starting values in 2023 * Removed many unnecessary files (only necessary for debugging). Could have removed mroe possibly.
marine is mostly tidal, so mostly no storage needed (tidal dam is dispatchable)
intermediate demand growth now accounted for
Fix various bugs in terms of * When learning starts * The dimensions of relevant variables * currency conversions

This is a working version, but it doesn't yet contain the new way of dealing with capacity factors, which I don't quite understand or maybe agree with.
