Both these instructions were grammatically incorrect and slightly confusing. I think with this proposed changes it should be pretty clear. I left "Bedingungen" (conditions) as is, instead of changing it to "Regeln" (rules). I think "Bedingungen" makes more sense in this case, although the buttons below state "Regel hinzufügen" (Add rule).
