This PR allows to use the same GitHub app setup with multiple LifeMonitor instances.
Every LifeMonitor instance acts as a proxy for the other instances connected to the same GitHub app configuration.
The
lifemonitor.yamlconfiguration file allows users to choose which LifeMonitor instance should handle which branch or tag.
