This allows to identify the thread by name, including in system applications, such as `top -H` or `gdb` sessions.

Also enables the android target, though it may not work and one may have to use JNI instead. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50327631/android-ndk-setting-a-name-for-a-c-thread

This allows to identify the thread by name, including in system applications, such as
top -Horgdbsessions. For example with MT:4 we can see the main crystal thread (not renamed), the 7 GC threads, and the 3 MT threads.EDIT: the scheduler threads are now named
CRYSTAL-MT-inotmt-i(unlike the screenshot).
