Fixed and tested against csm_spectra, csm_pca and csm_import_raw_nmr. Use this function to convert objects to and from structs for upgrades and sharing data.

Fixed incorrect setting of csm_ms_spectra.x_scale and csm_ms_spectra.x_scale_name.

Used string replace to prevent getTable method erroring on bracket containing column names.
