result_group_id is incorrect in some trials

result_group_id is incorrect in these tables for some studies:
outcome_counts,
outcome_measurements,
outcome_analysis_groups

Example: NCT00000620
result_group_id should range from 3261315.0 up to 3261322.0, but it only ranges from 3261321.0 to 3261322.0 in these tables.

If you check it against the data in clinicaltrials.gov for the 2nd endpoint listed in the Results Posted > Outcome Measures, you can see that the group names should be "BP Trial: Intensive Control" and "BP Trial: Standard Control". However, the result_group_id's for these groups are 3261317.0 and 3261318.0 which are not found in the outcome_ tables.
